ELLE RUTLEDGE, LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER

For me, wedding photography is about so much more than creating beautiful images. It’s about capturing your day exactly as it felt — the people, the atmosphere, the little in-between moments and all of the beautiful details you’ve spent so long bringing together.

My style is timeless, romantic and editorial, with a love for beautiful light, incredible architecture and imagery that feels effortless rather than overly posed. I’ll guide you when you need it, step back when you don’t, and make sure there’s space for you to actually enjoy your wedding day.

Based in Queensland, I photograph weddings throughout Australia and love travelling for celebrations in beautiful places. I’m also incredibly excited to be moving further into destination weddings, both across Australia and internationally.

MY APPROACH: CAPTURING YOUR DAY AS IT UNFOLDS — NATURALLY, BEAUTIFULLY AND WITH MY SIGNATURE EDITORIAL STYLE.

Getting to know you both in the lead-up to your wedding is such an important part of my process. The more I understand you as a couple and what matters most to you, the more I can create photographs that feel beautiful, honest and completely your own.

From the moment you book, I want the experience to feel personal and easy. I’ll be there to guide you through the planning, help with your photography timeline and answer all the little questions along the way, so when your wedding day arrives, you can relax, be present and genuinely enjoy it.
